Groups & Families Enjoy The Gateway City
Trips to St. Louis seem to be all the craze recently.  Fathers and sons, complete families, church groups and groups of friends are traveling north. These groups are finding their way to a whole host of destinations including Busch Stadium, the St. Louis Zoo or even Six Flags Over Mid-America.

It is easy to recognize the good times and fun that everyone is having by smiles on the faces posted to multiple Facebook pages.

True Cardinal Fans are found in Lloyd and Teresa Hyten and his sister, Susan Cox.  You would expect that Susan's husband, Doug Cox is probably behind the camera.  This group has no problems battling the unbelievable temperatures in search of great times.

Many of the summer trips have been organized by youth groups at many of the local churches.  Members of the First Christian Church, First Baptist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church of Bloomfield have sponsored trips to many different locations in the Gateway city.

The First Christian Church youth has also been busy lately with a group that went to a Cardinal game over the 4th of July holiday.  Tim and Kaye Holder have dedicated countless hours to putting together exciting trips for his group.  Many of the members are involved with the trip to provide transportation for the group.

Trinity Methodist youth in Bloomfield got an early start before the temperatures got high.  They had a group of over 25 kids that attended a Cards / Cubs game in May of this year.

Keep your eyes and ears open as youth groups are planning more trips to round out the summer.  Hopefully you will get a chance to participate.
